Privacy policy

When you place an order

We ask for your first and last name, phone number, email address, date of birth (to check you are at least 16), delivery address and any note you write. We keep them with the items and prices of the order. We use them to confirm the order with you by phone, deliver it and keep the shop's accounts.

Your customer record

Orders placed with the same email address are grouped into one customer record, so you can find them all in your account. The details from your first order are saved there; later orders do not change them. Only you can change them, from your account.

Signing in with Google

Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address, and only accept the email if Google confirms it is verified. We never receive your Google password or anything else from your Google account. Your favorites are then also saved to your account, and the checkout form is filled in from your saved details.

Signing in by email

You can also sign in with a link we email you. It works once, for 15 minutes. We keep only a scrambled copy of the link, your email address and the time, to limit how many links can be asked for.

In-store purchases

When you buy in the shop, we may write down your name and phone number, or your email, so the purchase joins your customer record.

Stored on your device

• Your bag, favorites and light or dark theme are saved in your browser so they are still there when you come back.
• If you sign in, a secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to a year, until you log out, and a small cookie tells the page you are signed in.
• While an order is being sent, it is kept in that browser tab so it is never sent twice; only a reference remains afterwards.
• If you do not sign in, we do not save your name, phone or address on your device.
• We use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.

Anti-spam

To limit how many orders can be sent per hour, we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address. The address itself is never stored.

Who can see your data

• Only the shop's owner. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and its database. Google provides the sign-in with Google, and Resend sends the sign-in emails.
• Copies of the shop's data are kept as private backups that only the shop can open.

How long we keep it

We keep orders for as long as the shop's accounts require. You can delete your account at any time, as explained below.

Your choices

• See and change your details in your account, under Details.
• Delete your account in your account, under Details, with "Delete my account & data". Your name, phone, email, birthday and address are then removed from your orders; only the items and totals stay, without your name, for the shop's accounts. This is possible once no order of yours is still on its way.
• Without an account, or for any question, write to contact@badrperfumes.com and we will show, correct or delete your data.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
